Pricing

Per claim, or a flat fee every month.

Send one file and pay for one file. Run steady volume and we will price the whole pipeline as a flat monthly fee, with commercial claims on the same agreement.

Two ways to work with us

Pick the one that fits your volume.

Per claim

File by file

Send one claim or send one a month. You pay for the file we write, and you know the number before we start.

  • Full scope and supplement
  • Code sections, specs and photo support
  • Revisions and re-documentation until the file is complete
  • No retainer, no lock-in

Best for steady volume

Flat monthly fee

Running a consistent number of claims a month? We will quote a flat monthly rate for the whole pipeline instead of pricing each file. The more volume you run, the better that rate gets.

  • One predictable cost you can build into your job margin
  • Unlimited files inside the agreed volume
  • Priority turnaround on your pipeline
  • Residential and commercial on the same agreement

Commercial

Commercial claims

Low-slope and membrane systems, multi-building sites, rooftop units and access. Bigger scopes with more line items, priced on the file after we have seen it.

  • Membrane, cover board, edge metal and flashings
  • Rooftop units, curbs, disconnect and reset
  • Access, staging and hoisting
  • Multi-building and phased scopes
Commercial estimates

Every quote comes before any work starts. Tell us roughly how many claims a month you run and we will put a number on it.

We are not public adjusters.

Not every claim needs one. Most of the contractors we work with have a claim already open and a carrier estimate that is short a few thousand dollars. They do not want representation. They want the supplement written properly, with the proof attached. That is the whole job.

We do not

  • Acting as your public adjuster, or your customer’s
  • Representing anyone, or advocating on anyone’s behalf
  • Negotiating or settling a claim for a policyholder
  • Taking a percentage of somebody’s settlement

We do

  • Writing the scope and the supplement on a claim that is already open
  • Citing the code sections, manufacturer specs and permits that back each line
  • Matching your site photos to the items they prove
  • Revising the estimate as the file moves, until nothing is outstanding

If a claim genuinely needs a licensed public adjuster, we will tell you plainly and point you at one. That is a separate, regulated service and it is not what this company sells.

What a supplement is worth

The first estimate is rarely the last one.

  • 25%+

Our average supplement return. Across the files we write, the approved amount comes back 25 percent or more above the carrier's first estimate.

  • 10yrs

On the carrier side first. Zachary spent over a decade in claims, including a catastrophe response team and complex large loss litigation, before founding the firm in 2022.

  • 5states

Licensed and certified. PA, CPCU and SPPA, licensed in five states, residential and commercial.

That 25 percent is our own average across completed files, not a promise about yours. Every claim turns on its own policy, damage and documentation.

Straight answers

What contractors ask first.

How does the flat monthly fee work?

You tell us roughly how many claims a month you run. We quote one flat rate that covers that volume, and you build it into your job margin instead of pricing each file separately. The higher the volume, the better the rate.

What is the average supplement return?

Across the files we write, the approved amount comes back 25 percent or more above the carrier's first estimate. That is our own average across completed work, not a promise about any one claim. Every file turns on its policy, its damage and how well it is documented.

Do you handle commercial claims?

Yes. Low-slope and membrane systems, multi-building sites, rooftop units, access and staging. Commercial scopes carry more line items and more documentation, and they sit on the same flat monthly agreement if you run them regularly.

Do I have to commit to anything?

No. Send one file and see what comes back. The flat monthly arrangement only makes sense once you have steady volume, and we will tell you if you are not there yet.

Who pays you, me or the homeowner?

It depends on how the file is set up. We will be clear about that before anything starts, in writing, so nobody is surprised at the end.

What do you need from me to quote?

The carrier's estimate, the policy declarations page and your site photos. If you are asking about monthly volume, just tell us how many claims a month and what mix of residential and commercial.
